What you say looks like skin tags and seborrheic keratosis. These can be removed by radio frequency, laser, electrocautery or chemical cautery. Do not try any home remedies for these as it does not work. If u have excess body weight, weight reduction will help in preventing new ones from forming. Warts are viral infections, if they r there all over the body, then immunity levels have to be checked too.
