My son usually go for potty once in a day and there is no digestion problem as such I observed.
I observed his potty /stool is very tight and due to that few (3-4) massa /piles (not a fissure) would have happened.
he usually drinks required water normally.
Any suggestions or recommendations.

If he has developed piles as you have observed you need to consult with your pediatrician asap.
In the meanwhile include fibre in your child's diet with leafy greens, fresh fruits, sprouts, dry fruits etc. These will help soften his stools.

you can also ask your pediatrician to prescribe a laxative for the time being
