Sir . How to stop mastrubation . I want to stop this . . I don't see any pornography or any other bad material. When I masturbate . 1 .2 .3 i 'll be fine but the 4 day I don't want to control myself . Sir how can I stop this .any medicine or any other home remidies.? I want to stop this forever . If this is sex addiction so how I stop it help me

Hi, excessive mastrubation should be stopped as it can effect ur sexual function. U need to avoid stimulation which lead u to do it, u can undergo councilling with secologist to solve ur issue. Visit doctor near u or consult me online for it. U can consult me online if u have any further doubts.
