Mastrubation issue
M getting kind of addicted to mastrubation . Does atleast 2 times a day. But i lasts only 40-60 seconds. During sex i lasts around 10 mins. M not sure is it sufficient or not..
Does excessive mastrubation affect time in bed?

ur timing is good in sex, its not dhat problem.u can decrease frequency of mastubation by simple measurements if u think that u r overmastubating,
