Masturbation effects
Hi. I'm Akanksha 16 yr old teen I'm habituated to masturbation since past 30 months my height is 5feet2inches and my menstrual cycle is also irregular. .. I have constipation problem and insomnia too ...I'm an anxiety disorder sufferer ..I usually masturbate 3 times a week or sometimes daily ...and my mental condition won't be stable I get angry very soon ...and I won't be having control on my frustration. ... I'm moody kind of personality ...I'm a high ambitious about career everything. .....I want to grow my height and loose my weight as I'm overweight. .. my weight is about 72 kgs .... I regularly do exercise 5 times a week at least. .. but no use ... so in order to increase my height and reduce my weight should I stop masturbation ?? Including the other things mentioned above about my health condition what are your suggestions regarding me to masturbate ..??

Hello Akanksha. I can understand your concern. Let​ me make certain things clear. Masturbation is absolutely normal and it's just a part of your sexuality. There is no link of masturbation and height and weight. All other things related to your mood, anger are your behavioural disorders. Height will grow till 21-23. Strict diet is required with exercise and don't expect miracles. It's going to be a slow process. For a detailed diet chart which you can follow, consult me in private. Best regards.
