Masturbation
Good day. Please I need a medical clarity about the myth of masturbation as to how it helps to reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Is masturbation healthy? Does it truly helps to reduce the risk of prostate cancer? Also  if am not sexually active and want to reduce my risk of prostate cancer how can I go about it. Thank you.

Nothing to worry. Prostate cancer is not a disease of young man. If u r not interested for masturbation, it's ok. There is no difference between masturbation and peno vaginal sex except site of ejaculation. In masturbation it's been ejaculated outside, where in sex, it's in side. The content of ejaculated seman, will remain the same. It has been observed, in elderly pts of CA prostate, that incidence is less ,in those who had active sexual life (ejaculated regularly).
