Masturbation
I have been masturbating last 5-6 years not continous but from last 2 months i have been masturbating continous...is this harmful? Does it effects on premature ejaculation?

Yes it may cause problems in ejaculation timings if you tend to do masturbation in a hurried manner and develop early ejaculation habit.
This may continue like that even after marriage causing distress to partner.
So do masturbaion 2 times a week with proper erection and adequate sustaining way.....which is called healthy masturbatory practice.
