Masturbation problem
When ever i feel sad or upset I watch porn or other videos and masturbait 2 or 3 times in a day. How to handle this masturbation addiction, because this is happening from many days. I feel weak and my penus also hurts. How to handle the feelings, because this is affecting my career also.
