From around one year i have fallen down many times at any place,streets,roads,home,shop,what happens to me is before happening i forget the words to say some bla bla comes from my mouth,my body mainly my head gets heat i just run here and there,and i fell down,after felling down people says i just remove my hands and legs here and therefor few miniutes,spilts come from my mouth,after few hours i get up

From what I could understand , as the language is a little hard to understand , you seem to be having seizures ( also known as fits )
Next Steps
You should consult a neurologist who will suggest you to get a CT scan done and an EEG and give you medication
Health Tips
If it is seizures you should not be driving or, go swimming or operate heavy machinery
