May I get my normal eye sight??
My eye power stars from 11 years old (-3 in both eye) but now I used a criticalpower(L=-8.5,-1.5,170°,R=-7.5,-1,10°){19 years old}. Is power increase by used Android mobile( daily 8 hours)? when my power will constant or decreased & how ?? is there any natural things(tree) or yoga that good for eye & or completely recovr my eyes?Pleaseconsultme

recovery is not possible by any means. even lasik may not remove your nùmber completely.
