Maybe somatoform?
I have a wide range of symptoms including but not limited to, widespread pain and stiffness. A very extreme tight pain that becomes sharp and stabbing feeling if I move wrong. This pain started in my hands, went to my neck and shoulder and is no on my right flank. I also cough up blood in the AM. I have bipolar/depression/anxiety. The question is, could this be a somatoform disorder? If a woman can grow a baby bump, could I be causing the blood? I have had many CT, X-ray, PET-CT, MRI, etc etc.
