Medical examination full body check up

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Tomorrow at 9 am I have my employee medical examination full body check up, & now at 10 pm I am having beer...I would be fasting from 12 & I have my blood test & urine test at 9 am in morning. Would it affect my results?
