Medical termination of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My girlfriend and I have a situation of unexpected and unplanned pregnancy after a recent trip that we took. We are moving to Canada next month for working there. Now this will impact our application as medical conditions have been mentioned as null in our history. Please let me know if there are authorized hospitals or doctors in chennai to perform MTP to safely terminate the pregnancy. We are planning to get married after our return from Canada but this situation will bring problems between our families.
