Medically termination of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi doctor my gf got pregnant we went to gync she did ultrasound before and we asked for termination she gave a pill on first day after that today again she gave two pills orally and two vaginally but after two hours she got some pouch out along with white discharge and clotting now i am not sure what was that if pill got out of vagina? Now she is having cramps that are not bearable. And clots.

She is in expulsion phase, probably expelled some products of conception, cramps and bleeding are normal,once the products will expelled completely she will be fine.

can use hot water bag for pain relief if feels unconscious or uneasiness, should see her gynaecologist..
