I am not sure of my pregnancy though i have missed my period on 8th of this month and urine test is negative i m suffering from cold and fever now so can i take sinarest tablet?

If u missed ur period by 8th of this month, but now ur urine pregnancy test should be positive.
You can take cetrizine tablet rather than sinarest.
Next Steps
Get Beta HCG test to confirm ur pregnancy.
Tab. Cetrizine 10 mg SOS for cold
Tab . Dolo 650 mg sos for fever
Steam inhalation.
