I have B12 deficiency,Its 142. Do I need injections or medications? Which one of these is good for B12- Matilda Forte, Hosit, follicular5? Recommended value for B12 for deficient How long will it take for B12 to reach normal levels? Does B12 cause skin to go darker specially face? Does nails go brittle? I am eggetarian so what shud I eat for B12?
