I feel chest pain while try to get up in morning and time of inhale oxygen when expand chest that time i also feel pain. What is treatment of it ? Is general physician okay for consultation?

Your pain during inhalation seems to be due to pleurisy. Try getting a chest X-ray and see a doc asap.
