My 4yr daughter is suffering from cold and cough....but today she has fever.....we gave her some home remedies for cough and cold......can I give her ibugesic plus syrup for fever....plz suggest....

Give plain paracetamol 15mg per kg ,and visit doctor if fever cntinues
