Medicine for inducing sleep
A depression patient has not been able to sleep for the past couple of days and is looking for a medicine that could help him sleep. He had tuberculosis a few years ago but has been cured now. Also, he was recently diagnosed with asthma and is on medication (dofasma and formonide inhaler). He recently stopped taking Montair-LC. I have also attached his prescription along. I request you to suggest a medicine to induce sleep.

I can understand your concern about the patient. But prescribing sleep inducing medicines wont help him much. Try to consult a psychiatrist he will help you the best.
