There are black spots on palms of hand and legs and it looks like infection . Its been 2 month of being infected ,after searching on Google and YouTube it look like tenia nigra. Can i get a cream on that area.

It is not tinea nigra. Lots of skin conditions look alike on google. Do not self diagnose.
