Hubby taking Galvus met 50/500 recommended by doc., but it's not much effective. His fasting test us 175 What other medicine should I give him which controls blood glucose level

He needs uptitration of oral antidiabetics. Should meet an Endocrinologist personally to decide increase in dose of same medication or addition of new drug.
