You need to provide more details. What your complaints are. Consult a Gastroenterologist for further advise. At your age most probably it's Gastritis/ acidity issue.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy and Nonveg food, oily food, coffee, alcohol and smoking if any.
Drink more water.
Avoid sleep immediately after food especially after dinner.
