Sir its Oral Sub mucous fibrosis . muscles becomes like firbrous resulting in whitisth area with reduced mouth opening. Stop immediately any form of gutka ( beetle Nut) . Treatment will take time . -Apply Dulimas forte ointment - Tab SM FIBRO 1 tab od x 15 days Eat carrots  ,tomatoes as salad as much as possible . - Mouth opening Exercise - Chewing sugarfree chewing gum . Quit tobacco chewing/smoking or any habits of betal nut or betal quid chewing, completely and permanently. C. SM fibro, once a day, after food, for 2 months Locally apply, CNBC dental gel, 5-6 times/day, not to swallow,5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Before or after food. For 5 days. If no improvement,locally apply KENOCORT oral paste, 3 times/day, DO NOT SWALLOW the saliva contaminated medication(kenocort).spit out. rinse after 3-5 mins thoroughly. Brush your teeth and gargle your throat patiently for minimum 5 minutes after every use of kenocort.

Ointment kenacort application 3-4 times a day Apply with finger or ear bud Cap neurobion forte twice a day for 15 days after meal
