There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Dark is smart. Donot go in for fairness creams because they give only temporary results. Also over the counter fairness creams damage the skin and it is difficult to get normal skin later. Use a good sunscreen half an hour before going out in the sun which will prevent tanning. I would advice you to send your pic through online consultation so that proper medicines can be prescribed
