Should I stop medrol 4mg will it decrease my immunity what should I do I'm very scared and read on internet as it will decrease immunity

Donot stop medrol abruptly particularly for the above mentioned reason since it will have adverse effects in your body.Medrol should always be slowly stopped by changing dosage per day.Reason for taking Medrol will be required.

Why are u on medrol? ...if ur underlying condition demands it, don't discontinue abruptly ..
And a part of truth is that, it is an approved drug for treatment of severe covid patients
