Laser treatment doesn't work for melasma. You may be developing Melasma on the cheeks. First and foremost, sunprotection is very important. If you don't do that, it will never go. So this is required all your life. Secondly some creams are there which can reduce the pigmentation. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and prescription.
