I have been masturbating to porn for the last eight years. I have tried to control this habit many times, but in vain. For the past one or two years I have noticed that the area around my penis lips is wrinkled and blackened. There is no irritation of any sorts or pain, but it is a sight to look at. I am mentally affected as I fear that it makes my penis look old and ugly. Kindly help with appropriate medication, preferably external, to appease my situation
