Meniscus tear
I slipped and fell down almost an year ago. Over the last year i had consulted many doctors who couldn’t find the cause of main. Last week it was identified as meniscus tear. I am 26 years old . Should I continue with exercises that doctors advised me or go for athroscopy

If you have pain, locking or uncomfortable feeling in your knee then you should go for Arthroscopic meniscectomy.

Share your MRI scan. If your symptoms of locking and pain correlates with your MRI findings then arthroscopic surgery will be useful.

Exercise for three month if then pain persist then can go for arthroscopy
