Dear sir,/madam, my sister's periods are very irregular(3-4months),and sometimes she starts feeling like vommit, sleeplessness and anxiety in the night? What is the causes and suggestions? Already visited many docs,they prescribed medicines but they are unable to tell happening because of irregular menses???

Hello, Visit a gynecologist and get blood sugar, serum, insulin,prolactin and fasting T3, T4 and TSH done to rule out the cause behind your sister's delayed periods.

All may be because of hormonal disturbance. Also her to Avoid stress. Modify lifestyle and do exercise. Do ultrasound pelvis. CBC BLOOD SUGAR SERUM INSULIN PROLACTIN FASTING T3 T4 TSH. Consult ayurvedic gynecologist for Panchakarma.

This mainly due to hormone imbalance. May need some tests and also treatment accordingly.  Do Ultrasound also so that if any polycystic ovary also can be treated.

Irregular  period is a  sign of a serious  hormone imbalance which can be balanced by addressing  root cause of this issue.

Get detail hormonal evaluation and ultrasound pelvis done consult reproductive endocrinologist. in such conditions treatment required canbe of longer durations like 6 -9 months. she needs counselling and care.

She might be suffering  from endocrine problems e.g. Thyroid. Thyroid abnormalities  can cause menstrual irregularities  and mood disturbances ,
