Menses problem or early pregnancy
Hi Doctor,
Last time my period (11.04.23)was late and that was only spotting for 3 days, again today it was spotting like brown or old bleeding and the lower abdomen and pelvic region is paining.Actually we are planning for pregnancy but i am having diabetes and thyroid.i don't know what is happening in my body now.Is this all the symptoms of early pregnancy or something else please suggest me what to do.
