Menstrual abdominal cramp

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have unbearable abdominal pain during my periods. I have started taking cyclopam tablet once in a month since 7 years. Will this harm my health in future?? I have read the side effects of the tablet and it also includes impotency. I am worried. I am 26 yrs old unmarried female.
