Hi,
I'm hoping you can help. My cycles has been extremely regular (30 days) for the last 5 years, but suddenly changed. My last two cycles have been 50 days long at least, with the bleeds going from 7 days to 5 and then less than one. I was wondering what could be causing this? I'm not on any kind of birth control, and also taken a pregnancy test and that came back negative.
Thank you for any help!

Sudden changes in cycle could be due to many problems
It could be due to harmon
It could be due to drugs taken
Could be due to changes in organs in pelvis
Or liver
You have to consult a gynaecologist first may be she will write some investigation and ultrasounds
Later on see an endocrinologist
Kindly meet a gynecologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as an ultrasound to find any underlying causes. These following steps will be of help:
- Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food
- Exercise regularly (minimum 30 mins)
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
Mam, ayurvedic treatment will help you treat the root cause for example if their is any infection or hormonal imbalance etc
Irregular menses is a concern you should look forward to
