I am having an menstrual cycle issue My periods are not on a regular basis, I cannot assure when my date is my cycles are 3months or 4months once.. This is my biggest pain im always worried.

The answer to you problem is to take contraceptive pills ...hormones to keep the cycle in rhythm ... Work up for hormones and weight reduction with lifestyle modification if your BMI is on higher side
