I had severe pain plus lump formation in blood flow..during mensuration ..sometime gas problem also and back pain .and pain in pelvic area

hello, severe pain & blood clots suggesting dys menorrhea . it can be happened if you had taken any hormonal pills or i pill . gases may trigger back pain . is back pain is associated with white discharge then line of treatment will change.

1) Do massage to back & lower abdomen with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) 1 spoon castor oil with milk at bed time 3) Do stretching exercise specially hip & lower back like ardhachakrasan.
