Menstrual period
I got my period today. I’m suffering really bad pain. Diarrhea and I’m throwing up a lot. It’s never been this bad. The cramps yes but not the throwing up . Please help!

Kindly do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy if you have been sexually active.
If negative take pain killers for pain and antiemetics for vomiting.
Get an ultrasound to rule out ovarian cyst , endometriosis , fibroid etc
