I had my period 13 days ago and now i am bleeding again and this is definitely not spotting. What would be wrong?

Causes of irregular bleeding can be many like hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders, Polycystic ovarian disorder .ovarian cyst, pregnancy, medications etc... consult a gynecologist or with me directly online for further management
