Hello Doc, I am facing irregular bleeding in every two or three days. There are big blood clots also discharging. Also my lower abdomen paining frequently. Thanks

Whats your last period date? Urine pregnancy test? You need some non hormonal medication first to stop the bleeding If no success see a gynecologist for hormonal meds. Do some basic blood tests including tsh and pelvic sonography later after you clear periods. Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and retained products of conception Do a pregnancy test with morning sample urine if applicable Get thyroid test done tomorrow morning fasting levels

Hi. Please do a pelvic scan to see uterus and ovaries . Mean while you can start Tab Trapic MF twice a day after food for 3 days .
