Menstruation problem
I underwent Proctocolectomy+Ileal Pouch Anal Anastomosis+loop Ileostomy(open surgery) on 01/11/2019,ileostomy closure+Adhesiolysis (Open surgery)was done on 25/01/2020.Since January I have been facing problems in menstruation,not having proper menstruation since last 6 months,white discharge is there,USG report normal..In MRI report it's written,uterus displaced to right side of pelvis,otherwise normal in morphology and size and it also mentions about adhesions in pelvic region..I feel a sort of heaviness in lower abdomen..Are my problems due to entities in the report??Kindly reply

it is very normal to have these kind of problem after surgery. dont worry your periods will get on track.

Take care For ladies under stress it is normal not to get periods when you are getting operated or on so much Anesthesia drugs Every thing is fine with your uterus and ovaries

Soon you will get your normal periods when you are strong enough for it

Heaviness in lower abdomen could be due to the adhesion s dear. Stress/anxiiety/lifestyle changes/eating habits/ Sleep patterns/ environmental factors all these affect the hormanal balance regulating Menses. For u all may have been disturbed for long time. Don't worryy, yr periods will get on track Lifestyle modification/Excercise /proper healthy diet will help
