My prolactin is 27 and usg of pelvic and abdomen is normal and my xray of head is also normal my thryoid is normal thn why period isnt coming from one and half month

Do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
If depends on whats your endometrial thickness in ultrasound.
Also if all these are normal do an LH and FSH level and fasting and postprandial insulin to rule out pcos and premature ovarian failure
