Sir i am suffering from poor concentration , memory loss , fatigue , lazyness , i don't work properly in my daily life, i am suferring from Physical as well as mental weakness and sexual weakness because of my bad habits I done masterbation and watching porn excissevly .watching porn cause dopamine and endoprine deficieny in body I lisning it.sir please solve my problem because i suffered from 2 years
