When i am in alone, i imagine that i am conversationing with people and smiling to self. I also imagine that i am hurting someone, beating someone, abusing someone etc. Sometimes sexual fantasy with a girl. I can't control it. Due to this, i am not able to sleep. Is it ocd or daydreaming.

The fact that you are aware about this makes it workable. If the nature of your thoughts and imagination is intrusive i.e. if this gets stuck in your mind causing distress and reoccurs frequently then it might be OCD. Also, if this is disturbing your day to day functioning then it is a concern that needs to be addressed.

Hello It could be obsessive compulsive disorder Need to investigate . Intrusive thoughts may involve violent obsessions about hurting others or themselves. They can be related to primarily obsessional obsessive compulsive disorder.
