Mental disorders caused by masturbation
I'm a 21 year old male. I was both physically and mentally strong person. But at the age of 13, I got trapped by some bad companies and I started masturbating while watching pornography sites. I continued it till the age of 20 but suddenly felt guilty and wanted to stop these behaviours. I stopped masturbating and watching pornography sites for 1 month but then I felt uneasy feelings and developed some mental disorders. Then I consulted with an experienced psychiatrist who gave me anti depressants and anti anxiety medications. I'm a bright student and also the topper. At now I lost everything but not my will power. I am becoming very tired and fatigued and unable to enjoy my daily life. Please help me.
