Patient has sudden dizziness from past couple of days..leaving her completely unaware of her situation in the surrounding...for hours unable her to focus or concentration.it is continuousoly happenings from 3 to 4 days and she has also suffered RTA with left frontal haemorrhagic contusion mass effect one and 1half year

yr best option is to consult a neurologist n if adv. then shud get her MRI of brain done to know the reason
