I need to go to a psychiatrist but i can't i will panic and i won't be able to talk to them every time i've tried to go to a doctor or hospital i've panicked and can't talk so what should i do as i need help now

You can get an online consultation initially. While Psychotherapy options are usually not problematic, some local laws may restrict dispensing medications on basis of teleconsultation. Please refer to your local laws/rules for this.
