Mental health
I've been not feeling good about myself lately. I can't sleep and have been having issues falling and staying asleep since more than a year now. I feel there is a weight over my forehead and I can't think most of the times. My mind goes blank sometimsI get sad for no reason and anger, irritability, low self esteem are some of the problems I'm facing. I do not enjoy most of the day to day activities and I try to avoid interacting with others. I have lost interest in things I used to love earlier.

Please seek professional help. Your symptoms seem suggestive of depression. A psychiatrist will be able to evaluate the severity of your symptoms as well as rule out any physical causes for your symptoms. There are several medication and non medication options available to treat these symptoms. A psychiatrist should also be able to refer you to a therapist . Exercise and Meditation also help to a large extent
