I'm having problems in my day to day life, Starting from the professional front to my personal life(including my better half) I feel like I'm in a cage and people are trying to push me down. Please tell me how to cope up with all this, It's really frustrating for me. I have lost my trust & hope in life. Been trying hard to save my sinking relationship, I don't know what to do, It's too damn hard emotional & mental trauma.
Please advise.

I think you are unhappy about yourself due to various reasons.
