Ive been stuck in the same loop of thought like i always need to "figure things out" in my life. When i did it,I could spend time to procastinate and stay awake at night even if my eyes and body are super tired and need rest. I also distant myself from my friends and people around me. And this has affecting my appetite that i eat a lot and gaining weight and im frustated because i should have loosing weight instead of gaining one. I got irritated and easily angry. I dont feel joy anymore in anything that i do .All of this has been holding me back to have a productive life
