As your father diagnosed with bipolar disorder,it is a sycotic mental disorder.Main treatment is psychiatric medicine. But as ur symptoms are not improved, i advised u to consult homoeopathic doctor along with modern medicine. Homoeopathy has a wonderful results in such cases where other medicine are not working. Psychotherapy also advised but after some improvement. Hello, you haven't provided details such as age of your father, when was he first diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and since when is he taking medication etc. In general, the treatment does need time to show results and also age and other personal factors play a role too. You should also have this discussion with your current psychiatrist about what to expect and how to cope (for the family too). In case you aren't getting your answers and the medication not showing effectiveness for a long time, consider opting for a different psychiatrist. Psychotherapy needs to be introduced as well, without which your father may not be able to accept and develop coping skills to handle this disorder.
Next Steps
discussion with psychiatrist
Health Tips
regular review of medication with psychiatrist and enrolling for therapy with a psychologist is a must for getting good results in this, do not overlook either of these.
