My friends and family are beginning to think I'm bipolar I can sit and cry in my room for 3 days but other times I'm happy annoying and jumping around not to mention ecsessive anger do you have any advice

U must talk.I think there is a cusesbehind ur such behaviour.May be it relationship problem,may be it is family problem or may be it has other causes. Try to flow ur thoughts,talk to ur parents ,family members,ur friends.Release ur pent up emotions. Behaviour cam change.So,your this behaviour may also change if u try to or want to change. Good luck....

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
