Hello, Sometimes during the stressful conditions especially during pandemics, covid situations., Any person can undergo stress, it is very important to understand send that it is normal and learn and deal with stress. Some of the common thoughts and behaviour during stressful conditions are negative thoughts feeling that something might happen to me,  I may suffer from the coronavirus, becoming restless, sleep disturbances, easily getting tired, exhaustion, irritability, lack of interest. Sometimes we can experience body symptoms and confused the symptoms with coronavirus symptoms, and if you are already suffering from pain for example as you mentioned here about your earpain and the mind would be constantly thinking about the pain and will not allow you to perform your daily routine.

consult a ear specialist rule out any ear issues, and if you have any the specialist would take care of it. meet a psychiatrist who is good at counselling who can take care of your stress

1.Identify the situations or person that triggers anxiety or anxiety like symptoms 2. Avoid such situations and people 3. Keep your self engaged 4. Do exercise walk yoga or meditation daily 5. Pick up hobbies 6. Start some DIY activities 7. Even after all these if Such symptoms start do the following 8. Deep breathing 9. Visualise the person whom you trust the most like your parents siblings or a friend
