Sometimes during the stressful conditions especially during pandemics, covid situations., Any person can undergo stress, it is very important to understand send that it is normal and learn and deal with stress. Some of the common thoughts and behaviour during stressful conditions are negative thoughts feeling that something might happen to me, I may suffer from the coronavirus, becoming restless, sleep disturbances, easily getting tired, exhaustion, irritability, lack of interest.
